Traffic is snarled in Ottawa’s east end Wednesday after a truck’s dump unit snagged the Vanier Parkway overpass on Highway 417.
Witnesses began reporting the westbound crash at about 8:30 a.m.
There were no reports of injuries.
The highway was reopened at about 2:30 p.m., Ontario Provincial Police reported.
